Mark is a partner in the assurance practice of Ernst & Young’s Boston, MA (USA) office. 

Mark has 16 years of experience working closely with both public and privately-held companies at all stages of development in the technology, software, and software as a service, medical device, manufacturing, and Ag-Tech industries in the New England market. 

Mark has extensive experience working with public companies who have both recently gone public and have significant experience as a public company. He has worked with clients preparing for and consummating initial public offerings and other registration filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as well as significant merger and acquisition transactions. He has experience working on a variety of financing transactions including debt financings and convertible debt issuances as well as secondary offerings of common stock. 

Mark leads several people and mentoring related activities in the Boston office including serving as a Counseling Family Leader providing mentoring and coaching to over 40 people across all levels. Mark also serves as a dedicated career counselor to 5 professionals in the Boston office. 

Mark is EY’s campus coordinating partner at Bentley University leading EY’s recruiting efforts and other initiatives. 

Mark and his wife Jill have 3 children including twin daughters (8) and a son (6) and are very active in their home community in Wakefield.
